Alana Anderson, AIA, LEED AP, Associate

Alana received her Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University in May of 2008. Downing Prize, recognizing outstanding achievement in architectural design. Alana also was involved in Cornell University’s Solar Decathlon, a collaborative project with other architecture, landscape architecture and engineering students.  She worked on the design of the building’s structural system and was also a construction team manager. Prior to joining CDR Studio in the summer of 2008, Alana worked as an intern at Architecture Research Office in New York City.  Alana also worked for 450 Architects, Inc., in San Francisco during the summer of 2007.

At CDR Studio, Alana is working on an apartment renovation on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. The apartment combines two existing units and features a central "L" shaped, ceramic-clad millwork unit that incorporates storage, display and workspace.  Alana is also a project manager for Audi Dealership Development. She oversees dealership projects throughout the country and was involved in the design of Audi’s future lighthouse dealership in Manhattan.
